Teresa K Johnson

      Teresa K. Johnson, 61, of Quincy, IL., (formerly of Camp Point, IL.) passed away at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at her home after a brief illness.
     Born September 27, 1962, in Quincy, she was the daughter of Lyle and Erma Tournear Campbell.  She married Dana Johnson on April 30, 1983, at the Camp Point United Methodist Church. He preceded her in death on March 15, 2021. To this union two children were born; her daughter, Bridget Arnold (Shane), Liberty, IL., and her son, Brock Johnson (Neal), Hannibal, MO. Teresa dearly loved her grandchildren, Quintin, Brantlee, and one on the way.
     Surviving in addition to her children and grandchildren, is her father, Lyle Campbell, Camp Point;  her brother, Jeff Campbell (Frances), Coatsburg, IL.; her sister, Debbie Freeman, Camp Point; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Johnson, Camp Point, her brothers-in-law, Earl Johnson (Nancy), Bobbie Johnson (Connie), and Billie Johnson (Pat), her sisters-in-law, Hyla Leenerts (Joe), and Vickie Georges (Kevin); and numerous nieces and nephews she loved to have over for pool parties.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Dana; her mother, Erma Campbell; her brother, Kevin Campbell; her brother-in-law, Bill Freeman, her father-in-law, Sterling Johnson, and her sister-in-law, Brenda Johnson.
     Teresa had been employed at Methode Electronics and Blessing Hospital. 
     As per Teresa's wishes, she was cremated and there will be private family services held at the Camp Point United Methodist Church. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Camp Point.
     Memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
