Matt Tindall

Matthew M. Tindall, 52, of Plymouth, IL died at 10:30 am Friday September 1, 2023 at his home.

He was born on January 4, 1971 in Canton, IL to Jeri and Carolyn Howe Tindall. Matt was a 1990 graduate of Plymouth High School, he worked as a self-employed drywall contractor. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially loved bow hunting and fishing. He was a member of the St. Mary’s Baptist Church.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Bethany (Joseph) Thompson of Okinawa, Japan and Brook Tindall of Macomb, IL, his mother Carolyn (Darrell) Leitner of Hot Springs Village, AK, 3 grandchildren, Eisley, Emrie and Ettalie Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation was accorded. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday September 6, 2023 at the St. Mary’s Baptist Church near Plymouth, IL with Rev. Cole Krieg officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s cemetery.

The Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta is handling arrangements.
