Jeremy S Frakes

Jeremy S.  Frakes, 49, of Plymouth, IL passed away unexpectedly at 2:01 pm Sunday October 29, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Carthage, IL.

He was born on April 26, 1974 in Rock Island, IL to Kathy Henson and Craig Frakes. He married Courtny Crenshaw on June 8, 2018 in Carthage, IL. She survives.

Jeremy was a graduate of Moline High School. He was employed as a machine operator at NTN Bower in Macomb, IL. Jeremy enjoyed listening to music, playing video games with his children, camping and was an avid walker.

He is survived along with his wife, Courtny by their children, Ashlyn and Jaxen Frakes of Plymouth, IL, his parents, Kathy (Kent) Breecher of Moline, IL and Craig Frakes of Plymouth, IL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Madison Nikole Frakes, a sister, Britany Mattingly, paternal grandparents, George Frakes and Deloris (Clyde) Janssen and maternal grandparents, Ron and Rita Henson.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM Saturday November 4, 2023 at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta, IL. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation. Memorials may be made to Courtny Frakes to help with expenses.
